caulking around the windows

I would like to replace the caulking around my windows. What should I use?
Someone asked me what material the windows are made of?:)

The frames actually... are they metal frames, plastic frames, or plexiglass glued right to the fiberglass..?

I have found that lexan replaced into older Gray/Bomar plastic frames were glued in and I have used super glue for that. To fill in the area between the frame and lexan, I use an archeticuaral grade of 100% silicon that I have gotten from an Ace hardware over the years.

To secure the port lights, after i replaced them on my H23, i used butyl rubber, theyr sealed, neat, n dont require screw fasteners.
