Hi Hunt -In my experience, it's best to call Catalina Yachts directly - 818 884-7700. It's an old school company; Frank Butler used to ask me to send a faxed memo instead of an email. As for Catalina Direct, they are easily reached online or via email - http://www.catalinadirect.com.Depending on what you are looking for, you might find it right here on this site in the chandlery.
