My father in law (a South Texan with a new 04 Island Packet 37 and previous Ericsson 1991 '38/ drives 02BMW 528) said a Catalina was a Chevy of the sea before he sailed on mine (he loved it and prounouced it a sturdy little boat) I drive an 02 Audi A4 3.0 quatrro/tip sport package my wife has and 00 BMW Z3 and we drive our thrasher '95 Jeep Grand down to the dock and Costco on weekends. We live in LA and love the relation of sailing on the weekends all year round.

I drive a '02 Saturn SL, 5 speed. (can you tell I like my transportation simple?)But, like I've noticed with a lot of other responses here, I like VW as well, and am thinking about getting a Passat within the next few years.
