catalina or?????

I am sailing a catalina 22, great times but looking for larger! How about a switch? Where can I go to ask about other craft?And have someone compare one boat to another?I saw an O'Day and want to hear about this from experienced sailors.Any help is greatly appreciatedthanks

O Day switch

I sailed an O Day 27 for 12 years before moving up to my 36 catalina. The O Day was a great boat!!!!I sailed her almost 100 days a year on S F Bay (for 12 years)with strong winds and "NEVER" experienced a break down. She was always ready to sail and was quite fun.

There is quite a group of sailors there that could answer your questions about specific boats. They'll probably tell you to make your decision based on the kind of sailing you do & where. O'Day??

When we were looking for a new boat, it came down to a C27 or O'Day 27, both are excellant boats but I got better vibes from the C27, we bought it and have been thoroughly satisfied since.
