Good morning all new member here. Just returned from Miami boat show where Catalina had hull number 2 of the 315 in the water. Some general observations before they are forgotten. Hull basically the same except for addition of a second hull port in aft cabin and in salon just forward of galley. Interior has many changes. As previously stated aft cabin has port and strarboard hull is now teak lined. Galley and cabin has much needed cabinetry added. Cabinetry fills void above settees and is fore and aft of ports making ports recessed. Port settee is now u shaped with a fixed table making this area not usable as a bunk. Circuit breaker panel now uses circuit breakers instead of automotive type fuses and is concealed behind a clear panel. Cabinet behind v berth is now a smaller in width hanging locker with the addition of two drawers attached aft. Probably a few other changes but those are the big ones. Cant speak to any structural changes as compared to 309 and 310. Boat looked great as all boats do at boat shows. Sailway price on hull number 2 was in the $170,000 range.
