2/0 which is what you paid for.

I assume he up-sized them to 2/0 due to the inverter I have and the bow thruster.

I didn't know you had all that extra artillery on board. That's why the heavy wiring.

On our 310 we have 8 awg for the charger with fuse going to the positive bus bar that the batteries are tied to. From the batteries to bus bar then to the panel is 2.0 awg each battery has a fuse in place. I did this if one battery blows its fuse, I'll still have the other online. All other wires but the winless (4 awg, 80 amp breaker) are 10awg protected by 20 amp breakers on each circuit, if lower amp breaker is required for the device then it's placed by the device.

I’m assuming your C310 looks similar to ours (hull #31). Here’s pictures of each side of the wire conduit. I rewired using size 1/0, 2, and 4. It was pretty easy to get all of them through and up to the batteries. In hindsight I should have run all of the negatives to a buss aft of the conduit and had just a single, larger negative to the batteries. It’s on my to do list.

A really handy tool for dealing with tight spaces is an endoscope aka boroscope. They're not expensive and allow you to see into dark places. And you can do your own colonoscopy.
