Dear All,
I own a 2008 Catalina 309. while running the engine, we hear thumping sound at 2200 RMP's or higher. this sound can't be heard 2200 rmp's. we opened the engine comparent and it doesn't appear to be coming from the engine. it is not very loud but loud enough to notice. The engine temp was normal and nothing else seemed to be strange.
One thought was the Zinc or the prop.
Any thoughts would be great!
