Standard or tall rig? Looking for replacement topping lift wire? If so, page 7 of the manual might be helpful Catalina_30_30167171.pdf (sailboatowners.com) and Catalins Direct might also be helpful: Topping Lift Wire, Internal C-30 (catalinadirect.com).

It would depend where you take the line on the boom. Originally it comes off the block to a small cleat as illustrated in the owners manual.
I added a turning block on the boom and located a cleat on the end of the boom to make it easier to raise and clear the dodger when moored
