Catalina 30 Plumbing Problem

I just purchased a 1980 Catalina 30. Does anyone know the route of water from the galley and head sink to the overboard discharge. Both are very very slow draining and I would like to investigate the entire flow to make it right but I don't know what the correct flow should be.

plumbing routes

on my 79 the head sink drain ran from the sink aft along the port side under the seats and inboard of the holding tank. turned inboard after passing the freshwater pump where it connected to the galley sink drain. went overboard straight down from the galley sink.
