What is the proper method of tuning the Catalina28 wing keel masthead rig??? I would like to do some local club racing this summer and I know it will help. If anyone has info on tuning a wing keel other then Catalina then that too could help. Thanks Dave Slepoy....KDSSAIL@HOTMAIL.COM
