Does anyone know the Clevis pin/Cotter pin sizes for a 270 for upper shrouds, lower stays, back stays? Many thanks.

The standing rigging uses 3/16" wire for the cap shrouds, forestay and backstay. The forward and aft lowers are 5/32". Therefore, the fittings for the wire will defined by that wire size. For instance, when you look up something like a terminal stud, or a marine eye, it will list the wire size it is designed to fit. From there the appropriate fitting will state things such as thread diameter, clevis pin size etc.
