Thankx all, for the great advice. The keel bolts were covered in grease and in excellent condition. The standing rigging upgrades were installed by the previous owner. I could find no water nor glass damage anywhere. The engine, head, two deep cell batteries, VHF, Autohelm and DF are new. Only two sails but both recently reinforced and in great condition.
