I'm looking at buying at 1986 Catalina 27 Tall Rig. I had the boat surveryed one of the few problems the surveyor found was small blisters on the hull and transom. Some of the larger blisters are quarter size. The surveryor believes they are Gel coat blisters. The owner has agreed to lower the price of the boat by the amount needed (written est) to sandblast, epoxy, bottom paint the hull. Question: is this a good fix ? Thanks for your time, steve
