I noticed on a couple of web sites that the headroom on catalina 25s varied not including the pop top. I seen headroom from 5'4" to 5'9". I recently saw a 91 with 5'8" headroom. Did catalina increase it towards the late 80's? I always liked the catalina 25's but the headroom has been a sticking point. Thanks for any info

C25 headroom.
The C25 up until the late 80's listed the headroom as 5' 6". The non-poptop version could have been the 5' 4". By the late 80’s (I forgot the exact year) there was a minor redesign that lowered the floor in a couple of areas, so 5' 8" or 9" sounds about right for the later boats. In any case, I wouldn't consider published dimensions to be exact. They are notoriously unreliable. I just know that I had to slouch in my 1984 model, but had no problem moving around. I'm 5' 10 1/2"
