Just a thought. I have a Cat 22 and plan to replace the table with one half the current size. I'll keep the original in case I ever want to use it for overnighting. The reason is that 4 adults could never sit at the table. In fact, it's hard for any adult to sit at the table. I saw a U-tube video in which the guy cut his table in half. That allows for 2 people to sit comfortably. If they need a table, it can be used along side them. If not, it makes being inside the cabin much roomier. Has anyone else done this? What material did you use?Have a 1986 Catalina 22 New Design that I purchased last fall. Unfortunately the boat is missing its dinette table. Does anyone have the dimensions for the table? Thankfully the previous owner still had all the hardware for it (just not the tabletop).
Thanks!

Ive been using a small table for awhile. What's kinda neat is that at least with the new design, the original table fits on the traveler making a cockpit table. No adjustment of the table leg needed. I have a lot more space in the cabin with the smaller table. I used a 24" cutting board I got off amazon.Just a thought. I have a Cat 22 and plan to replace the table with one half the current size.
