Hatch repair
I had to repair mine a few year ago. Only one place was broken off but it was worn in several places super thin. I took it off turned it upside down, used blue masking tape to build a dam around the track. I cut some cloth for the missing area then poured in epoxy. Removed the tape the next day and sanded and fair-ed the new area. If the rails are worn they can be fixed by mixing graphite with epoxy, tape the ends fill the grove once set run the rails through a table saw (may need two passes to get the grove just right). Use cork for sealant under the rails. You can buy new cork from any auto parts store (don't use the cork from the Home center) the cork sold at the auto store is reinforced with rubber. Cut to fit, you can glue it to the rails to hold it on place. A tip for reinstalling the rails, use two nails pushed up through the top on each end to hold the rails in place, once the inner screws are in place remove the nails replace the screws.
