Copy of Statute

Hey Doghouse. How can I get a Copy or See the Statute or Law regarding 29.1-738. I am a VE Examiner out of Michigan City and your response peaked my Interest. I thought only that they were less likely to Board. Dave

You were actually stopped and boarded by the USCG Auxiliary? I didn't the Auxiliary, composed of volunteers using their own boats, had any enforcement powers at all? Can you claify?
