What's the 4X4 sticking out of the water east of Chebegue? Undocumented wreck?

Probably a winter stick for a mooring..? I am sailing by the west side now but heading back to the mooring..

The star marks the spot. It didn't seem to be bobbing or anything. Maybe I missed that part.

Hmmm, sailed by there saturday and didn't see it....

We have recently had some astronomical high tides. It could have been something that washed off a beach with a 4x4 attached to it. If it was mostly submerged, it would not bob much.

Last night I asked the admiral if she noticed it bobbing. She said that it was definitely fixed and protruding from the water at an angle. Maybe there was some mass below the surface to steady the beast. Idunnow. No biggie. I just figured it might be a wreck.
