Cars for my t-track

My boat's pretty old! It has 1" t track installed for the jib cars, (not just on the mast for spinnaker attachments). I actually have both inside and outside tracks on my cabin top, plus further tracks alongside the cockpit (for my genny). It would be a lot of track to replace!

I broke one of my fairlead cars, and need a replacement. To be specific: it's a car that runs on a 1" t track, with a swivelling fairlead attached to it. (A car with a block on a spring would be a possible alternative, although I'd prefer the rigidity of the fairlead.)

Anyone know a manufacturer that makes more than the standard spinnaker cars for 1" t tracks? The usual suspects (Ronstan, Harken, Schaeffer, et al) don't seem to.

I hope you're right. I swear by Garhauer. My boat carries their rigid vang, which I recommend constantly on this site. Plus a bunch of blocks and other items. They're courteous, knowlegeable, helpful… and cost less than the other guys. (Unpaid plug!!)

Most boat suppliers don't do email very well. Check their website out, figure what you want, and then use a telephone to call them. Garhauer is great to work with, or you can order from SBO right here.

I've got lewmar cars that run on one inch tracks. I would assume they still make them. Try their website. and also check if SBO can get them.

There's a whole bunch of great ideas here. I really appreciate everyone's time and effort.

Nereussailor looks like he may have exactly the item I need, plus an offer that can't be refused. So I'm checking the details (track size) with him. Probably, my problem's solved.

Otherwise, I'm going to check the other vendors you've recommended. I think I'll start with Garhauer, because I really like their service. Then I'll check out the others.
