Most of the comments that I have read deal with Boats kept in the USA. I keep my boat in the Caribbean and there are a whole separate set of problems and issues to deal with down there. Among these are choice of boatyards, competenence, or incompetence, of boatyard workers, and insurance. I would like to open a discussion on some of these issues.
