Got my30 Master in Miami ( it was just a little longer than the 6 pack back then) back in 1988, just required a drug test then. Stupid me let it expire when I moved from the Keys. Now I would have to redo the whole thing over, but, due to medical conditions I would not qualify

Funny thing after I lost the vision in my left eye I fly maybe better than before??

Lost my bus operators lic. though no process to prove yourself in that??

Well the DOT is a horse of a different color. They have become very intrusive in their physical exams even though most truck accidents have nothing to do with health issues, but speed, drugs, falling asleep and of course texting/ talking on their mobiles!
