Capsized transport in GOM.

I’m going to go with an extraordinary event which took a confluence of circumstances which could only rarely occur. I’m sure those shrimpers operate in t- storms and even severe t- storms as a matter of doing business. They can’t stay at the dock every time there are possible storms. I’ll look forward the book that explains it.

The local weather explainers here blamed it on something they called a "wake low", which apparently can form behind an advancing squall line. They said there was a high pressure cell nearby, leading to a pinch zone and unexpectedly high winds. We live 50 miles or so from the accident site, and here it looked like a tropical storm.
