Capsized Boat, Middle river

Can anyone enlighten me on reports of a capsized boat in Frog Morter creek. I heard bits and pieces about it at a Strawberry Point waterfront cookout tonight, 2 Balto county boats blue lights flashing in the river the whole evening.Noone thtere had a whole story. Thanks, Dave C.
