Capri 22 wiring

I need to replace the fuse panel switched and fuses.
Does anyone know how the stern and bow light wires are ran and connected?
I have bow lights working but don't have the stern light working.
It seems that the two wires are spliced then one set of wires come to the panel.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram?
