Capri 22 boom height . . .

I'm posting this question here as well as a few other places.

Is there a difference in the boom clearance between the Mark I Capri 22 and the Mark II? Seems as though I've read there might be a difference but wanted to get some solid input form people very familiar with the two models.

FYI, I'm looking for one to race/daysail and there are none in my area to make decent comparisons.

For information purposes, I was told by a moderator of the Capri22.net site that the two are identical in this regard.
