I live in a community with strict CCR's regarding RVs. Although we have an RV gate, we are not allowed to keep anything in the back yard that exceeds the 6' high fence line. Can anyone give me the height of the highest point of a Capri/Catalina 18 when it is setting on the trailer? It is assumed that the mast could be lowered to the deck from its trailer crutch and the trailer tongue lowered for optimum position. Additionally, I believe that the Zieman trailers were offered for a while for the Capri 18 that incorporated a split axle. The split axle was split and pivoted from either side of the keel support platform. this would allow the boat to drop down even further on the trailer. Does anyone know anything about this trailer setup and how high the Capri sets on this trailer?
