I am looking at a Capri 13', fair cond., W/trailer. The owner is looking for offers.....any ideas what this boat is worth? Any advice is appreciated. Also I expect to use this boat in ME, where the water is ALWAYS cold. does it sail fairly dry? or is a wet suit the order of the day. thanks Jim
