A friend wants to buy this 30' sailboat and get me to do the necessary repairs. We have no information about this boat; the previous owner passed away recently. Can anyone tell us who the manufacturer/model might be?

Fairways marine fisher 30 northeaster. One of two models of 30. Most are the aft cockpit pilot house. This is a centre cockpit pilot house Made in uk Bullet proof.
Looks very close to the one you posted but yours has a reversed pilot house?
