Can you ID the make of this boat?

Hi,I recently purchased a small sailboat and would like some help identifying its make.There are NO ID plates or numbers anywhere on (in) the boat.The guy at the marina said it may be an "OUTLAW"??Facts: 23 feet long, ~ 9 foot beam.Swing Keel, poptop.Here is a picture.thanks in advance,Julison

Did you look for a hull id # in the upper right corner of the transom?
