Can you find this for sale?

A friend gave this set up for a roller furling block, but I need 2 more. He can't tell me where he got this. The block is Ronstan, but their catalogs do not show this setup, nor do any catalogs I have. I think an independent put this together using a Ronstan block. Anyone know where I can get this setup?

I replaced my furler line blocks with these from http://garhauermarine.com/index.cfm
That got them away from my ankles.

Here is what I landed on to keep everything off the deck :

The lead can be adjusted since the clamp has a swivel inside that locks into position when ya tighten it.
