Can someone please confirm my underwater measurements

Ok so today I put on my scuba gear and scratched away more growth than I'm willing to admit to and took some measurements in my 18 inches of vis. If someone can confirm my info that would be great.

1982 lancer 25

Bottom of keel to hull 27 inches
Keel width 16 inches (seems awful wide)

Also does 16 inches out from the keel seem to be a good place for it to rest on my trailer bunks

Good evening Chris. I too came up with a keel thickness of 16" at it's widest and 27" of height from the bottom of the keel to the bottom of the hull. If I paint bottom this next week, we're having some high-wind warnings this weekend, then I'll mod the trailer and add bunks, but plan on using 2x12 laminated with the synthetic decking plained smooth for the hull to rest upon and will start about 10" from the keel. My observation is that the boats weight rests upon the keel and that the bunks are there to balance the boat during transit. Let me know if you need any other measurements Chris. Steve
