Can rollers be replaced on old Schaefer genoa cars?

My 1986 S2 has what I'm guessing are the original Schaefer twin sheet genoa leads (similar to current part number 32-77). However, the sun has damaged the rollers and they have worn through in places, no longer turning with the sheet.
Are there any companies out there that can replace the rollers? I hate to shell out $300+ for new leads if fixing my old ones is an option.

Contact Schaeffer direct to see if they can or will supply a replacement roller as there probably not anything else available that might work.

or try Garhauer. They could well be less expensive for the whole fitting than just a Shaefer replacement. And have a 10 year warranty. Make sure you know the width of your track.

Westmarine has them at pretty good prices. If not instock I'm sure they will order for you.
You can also google block sheaves and under images you will find a number of suppliers.
