Can Catalina 22 trailers be used on Capri 18 sailboats?

Hi. I am new to this forum. I recently purchased a 1987 Capri 18. I want to buy a used trailer for it. I'm going to look at a trailer for a Catalina 22 this afternoon.
The seller assured me over the phone that it will work for my Capri 18. Does anyone have any experience with this?

It may work but you may have to move the bunk supports. The real issue would probably be with the keel height if the bunk supports are movable. Also because a Catalina 22 trailer isn't a one type/brand sort of thing, some trailers may not allow this. Some Catalinas have fixed keels, some have swing keels and some have wing. Each type is different with bunk height and location.
