Pump her out,pressure wash,disinfect and install a dehumidifier up high with the drain hose over board and you'll be ready to rebuild

I am a great believer in fans, fresh air and open windows. Mama always hung laundry outside to dry. hay dried in the fields and stayed dry in the barns. Water vapor is lighter than air so allow it to escape.
Edit to add the obvious: pump it dry, throw out everything that can be moved, open all doors.

That looks very like the interior of an irwin. Tear everything that is not fiberglass out of it, pressure wash everything, take the engine out and re build it. To get the water out, undo one of the through hull fittings, and let if flow out, because if you start pumping that, with all the crap that is in that water, you will block the pump. Unless you nip up to Harbour Freight, and get a dirty water pump.

I looked at a benetau once, and their was something wrong with that boat, but i couldnt put my finger on it. I got a surveyor, and about fifteen mins after he started inspecting it, he said to me, "something not right with this boat" then he tore off all the cushions, and said to me, "do you see that line, do you know what it is, its a ghost mark, this boat sank at its mooring" then he pretty much told me not to touch it.

Your boat looks better than my "free" willy 33morgan outisland did. I hauled 4 full pickup loads of sopping wet junk out of it, then pumped it dry, fixed a few holes, fabed a temp bulkhead and sailed it 90+nm to a free dock. Took a sawsall and a carbide circ saw to most of the wood interior , junked that too. If I was smart(i'm not) i would have made templates from all the bulkheads I removed BEFORE I threw them out! Here's a caution to all boaters- really think long and hard before bringing jigsaw puzzeles aboard. They float, suck up water and get into everything!
It is a big big big job. I am a handy man and kno how to glass so I do all the work myself. Its still a long way from completion-is a boat ever DONE completely. It is a dream boat that will hopfully be my retirement home in a few years so I can justify it. Besides I don't have 15-30k $ to purchase a better fixer upper. Go for it and good luck.

Thanks for the words of encoragement. I'm in the same "Boat" so to speak, I don't have the $15k-$30k for a Nicer one. I actually posted the before pic as a joke, she's pumped out and drying as we speak. I have my project list, plan and costs together, not counting my hrs, I will have a nice boat at a budget price. And yes, I have learned the hard way, I will make templates of everything before removal!

Seriously consider the h2out product as it contains a 'deliquescent salt' which vastly decreases the 'dewpoint' (absolute humidity) of the ambient air and which causes a rapid water uptake by this 'salt' ... forced air circulation to and from these 'dryers' will speed up the process.

Reusable? Do you really believe you can bake a diesel or gasoline impregnated filter in you home oven and live to post again? The wife will have your head on a plate and you'll have earned it! An insudtrial oven, sure (with safety concerns), but not in the kitchen.

As a practical matter, these have been manufactured by numerous vendors for use on air compressors and hydraulic system, not to mention high-purity chemical tanks, for at least 30 years. I've spected them out.

But I do see value here, once they get the price down below $50/year or so.

Would be good .... if you have means to 'regenerate' as it it appears to be crushed silica gel - needing to be 'roasted' at 350° for 8 hours to restore its efficacy for -40° dewpoint. If youre going to be constantly 'regenerating', a zeolite such an activated alumina would be a better choice. Silica Gel fractures to 'dust' when in contact with free water, zeolites are stable although have less vapor adsorption.

That is going to be a huge rebuild job. You will need to replace the entire interior, rewire, and possibly repower the boat.

The other scary thought is that every brace, bulkhead, and piece in the boat needs to be checked. Pretty much, all you have is a usable shell. I hope that the decks aren't holding moisture as well.

I hope you at least have sails, a mast, and running rigging (I would check the rigging as well).
