I am trying to determine the manufacturer of an 80's vintage roller furler.
Can anyone identify the manufacturer from this symbol that is on the roller furler?

you found the same Googles article I did. I then did searches for that logo with no luck. Per @Crazy Dave Condon. a picture of the drum may help.

On Sailing Anarchy in the gear forum there are a number of posts that describe the company and product they made.

Stearn Sailing Systems was the brain-child of Tim Stearn, an innovative engineer from UM, as I recall. He was also known as "Timmy Tubestay", in honor of his first big development, the (c. 1973) "Twinstay," which was a solid aluminum twin groove headstay system, with grooves fore-and-aft, and bearings which allowed the whole stay to swivel.
