I sam quite happy with the boat. It is a very comfortable cruiser and a good sailing vessel and solid, though it is not ridiculously heavy at 14,250.
I have seen the one listed and it is pretty much trashed. The day I looked at it there was a couple inches of water above the floorboards with diesel floating on it.
