I do not recognize the boat but I do vaguely recognize the restaurant. I think that is the John Dominis restaurant it is tied up next to.

I don't know it's name, but it's a derelict tied up at the marine museum near the Aloha Tower in Honolulu. It's been there for years with little or no care. It may have been a dinner cruise boat at one time in its life

In 1984 or 1985 there was one that looked like that that did dinner cruises out of Honolulu.
It had small sails that didn't appear to be anything but decoration. It would always motor.
If I remember right the sails were always inline with the keel.

This is a great example of what happens when non boating people get an idea that has to do with anything that floats. It eventually sinks!
