Can anyone help my keel?

I have a cat 22 1981 with a torn out pivot bolt hole? Can anyone advise or acccept cash to help me fix me keel? I believe I need to push in a new bushing. you will probably need to drill out the hole to the next size of bushing you can get and then put it in with either 4200 3m or 5200 3m caulking. Then get the best stainless steal boat you can get to fit it. I once had a boat that leaked there and I always tried just adding caulking around it and never did stop the leak.

Is it the swing keel or the housing that is broken and to what degree is it broke? Has it completely torn through (delaminated and shredded) as in a grounding or is it just warbled out of round because of use and age? Do you have any pictures available? There are several differeent ways to fix this but more information is needed.
