I agree with @Benny17441 's remark about raising the table but where I get completely lost is the need for pictures of the exterior and underside of the boat.
Sawzall?!? If you're going to remove it, why be subtle? And that table looks like it's ALREADY been cut down.
On our H26, as I recall, that table would drop to make a large berth at the seat level, or it would raise and spin 180 to extend the upper v berth. With the size that it is, I'm not sure what I'd do with it. Other than maybe cut it out completely?!?
