Well, I dug around in my garage and finally found it. Unfortunately, it is an ST 3000. I think you were looking for the ST 4000? I have no idea if the parts are interchangable. I bought this unit on ebay 5 years ago. I even when to the manufacturer and bought a new mounting bracket before I figured out it wouldn't fit the boat I had at the time. I had an oversized wheel on a small pedestal and couldn't mount it without interference. I refused to give up the large diameter wheel so I put it back in a box with the intention of selling it but I quickly forgot about it. It's complete and it's available.
