(And anyone else who wants to come)... Some of us on other sites who've gotten to know each other offline too have put together a "Lanier Raft-up" on the lake, Saturday May 20. It'll be in a deepwater cove between marker 2 FM and 6 SM...it's very sheltered from wake...there's also a small sandy beach in it--which a couple of people have volunteered to establish "squatters rights" on Friday night...and plenty of dinks and runabouts to get to it from the raft. Come early, come late...come for an hour...come for the day...or stay the night. It'll be totally unstructured...bring whatever food and drink you want to eat and/or share...a mix of powerboats and sailboats of all sizes.
