CAL 34 Rub Rail

I have a 1969 Cal 34 that needs work on the rub rail. If anyone has information on how best to restore it or where a new/used rub rail can be found I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

If you have a deck/hull joint which makes outward facing flange look at rub rail made for Hunters by TACO.

Steve,I just looked at a 67 Cal 34 that I am considering buying.Sorry that I can't help you with the rub rail, but if you don't mind, I would like to know how you like your boat. I am not too fimiliar with the boat and I would love to hear from you as to how she sails and performs.I love the look, the interior, the cockpit. what room.I have had an O'day 26 for 15 years and I am ready for something more comfortable.Please let me know. There are 2 places that you can try for a Cal rub rail.One is www.sealsspars.com and the other is D&R Marine at 508-644-3001. Let me know if you have any luck as my rub rail is in need of replacing soon. Thanks. Dick Stefan

Rub Rail

If your Cal has the vinyl rub rail, about 2" wide that goes around the entire boat and is the hull to top joint cover, then you can buy new rub rail from the original manufacturer in California.
