I have a 1988 Call 33. The A/C unit is installed behind the companway steps belos the floor of the cokpit. This installation works very well. The cold air outlet blows down the center of the boat, even into the v-berth. The return air is on the side of the unit which places it on the inboard side of the quarter berth. This is a 16,000 btu unit which cools the boat well here on the Texas coast. Ron
