Anybody: The throttle/transmission cable on my 272 needs replaceing. Where can I get one? The problem is, sometimes the transmission gets stuck in foward gear. Plus it is sometimes difficult to operate the "clutch" button on the FWD/RVRS/Throttle control. Buck

may just need to be lube job

When was the last time you lubricated your control cables? If you do need replacement, try the attached link. Also, if you have Edson steering, could contact them as well. Good Luck.

One of the cables broke on my 34 and i was in a panic as to where i could find a replacement, until i looked in my friendly west marine cataogue. Lots of choices good luck
