Several posts have been written about tuning the rig on the H23, and the starting point is about the same for most other boats. A Loos tension gauge will be a big help. Final tuning should be done while sailing close-hauled in 15 to 20 kts of air. Let me know if you need more help. Good luck. Peter H23 "Raven"
