I had one fail and called Hunter. I purchased several from them and they shipped them and they quickly arrived. Hunter Customer Service is outstanding!

These latches fail on a regular basis so I am always sure to order at least 10 so I always have them on hand. When my supply gets low I order more which reminds me-I think it's time I put an order in!
