Hi Jimmy. My top had the same separations at the radius. I was able to carefully grind off the separated cloth. I took this down to bare wood (the corner is mahogany) and layed in some glass tape and epoxy. This had enough of the old cloth that went under the eyebrow to make a good bond and seal. So far, this has worked fine.
If it's bad and areas are separated below to the eyebrow, I suppose you'll want to remove the trim. Your top doesn't look too bad. It's amazing what an orbital sander, filling, priming and painting will do. I just use Easy poxy and repaint what it starts to degrade. It takes longer to tape the top off than it does to recoat when it's in good shape.
