Table Top Mounting Hardware
Randy, check out the hardware section of Defender or West Marine for the standard wall mounts for tables (Defender was a lot cheaper than WM). You will probably need a new leg post mount on the table underside that fits the post you have (should also be a standard boat hardware item). For a new top, take the measurements of the interior lengths of the dinette footwell (seat sides, bulkhead side and aisle side) at the top edge of the seats, add at least 3/4" on each long edge for an overlap lip for the table top to sit on the seat tops for use as a bunk, and go to any good kitchen/bath cabinet shop and they'll make you one with your choice of surface laminates and edging. Probably will use MDF as core material, which will stand up well in the marine interior environment.
