This weekend I hosted my son in law's niece on our 1994 Hunter 26. I showed her how to turn the head ceiling light on (twisting the cover) - later I went in myself and found the cover in the head sink. There was some additional damage - but this will probably be a separate posting. (The moral of the story here - provide better supervision when this 10 year old comes aboard!) This is a story of good news and bad news ... the good news is that I've been wanting to figure out how to disassemble these lights ... one of the main cabin lights is showing its age and may need a new bulb. The bad news is - I've got a light cover in my head sink - and I don't know how to put it back. Can anyone out there assist me? How do you disassemble and re-assemble these light fittings? Push and turn..

Then the bulb comes out by pulling it down. Note: when you put the new bulb in, you need to put the cover back on to check it, or push the metal tabs up with the switch on.
