Late last season, I noticed an area of the teak veneer lifting slightly when wet. Otherwise when dry it looks fine. I use household furniture oil on all the interior teak as advised by a surveyer. He considered teak oil appropriate for outside use only. I was thinking of applying several coats of varnish to prolong the life of the floor. Has anyone done this? I imagine a drawback would be that it would be slippery when wet. Anyone know if Hunter sells a precut floor and how much it costs? Thanx. alan
